27:00 – An ArtC Films Presentation

This year’s festival will start off on Friday evening, September 22, with the premiere of an ArtC Films documentary called ‘Showtime!: The Story of Walter Webster & The Off Broad Street Players’. OBSP is celebrating their 25th Anniversary this year and their founder and artistic director, Walter Webster, will be directing his 200th play/musical. Their productions feature local and regional actors and performers with extraordinary results.
